Accessibility statement
M&M Nail Supply is committed to making our website easier to use for everyone, including customers who use assistive technologies or who need a clear, predictable interface. This statement describes our goals, known limitations, and how to request help. It should be read together with our Terms of use and Privacy Policy.
Conformance goals
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA for new and substantially updated storefront experiences, including navigation, search, product detail pages, cart, and checkout flows where we control the code and content. Achieving full conformance across every page, third-party widget, and legacy asset is an ongoing effort; we prioritize fixes that remove barriers to completing a purchase or managing an account.

Measures we take
- Semantic HTML landmarks (header, main, footer), headings in logical order, and labels on primary form controls.
- Keyboard support for core flows: open menus, search, add to cart, adjust quantity, and submit checkout steps without requiring a mouse.
- Sufficient color contrast for primary text and interactive states in our default theme; product photography may vary in contrast by nature.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images where we control alt text (for example hero and catalog images when editors supply descriptions).
- Visible focus styles on interactive elements and error summaries on forms where implemented.
- Responsive layout and zoom support so content reflows at common viewport sizes and up to approximately 200% browser zoom.
Known limitations & third parties
- Third-party payment, maps, chat, or analytics: embedded tools may not fully meet the same standards as our first-party pages. We select vendors with accessibility in mind and report issues to them when we identify barriers.
- User-generated or imported content: legacy PDFs, supplier-provided datasheets, or third-party videos may lack captions or transcripts until we can remediate or replace them.
- Rapid product catalog changes: some product images may ship with minimal alt text until our team enriches descriptions.
Assistive technology & browsers
Our storefront is tested with recent versions of mainstream browsers and common screen reader and keyboard-only combinations. For the best experience, keep your browser and assistive technology updated. If something does not announce or behave as expected, tell us using the contact below so we can reproduce and prioritize a fix.
Feedback & accommodation requests
We welcome feedback on accessibility barriers on the Site. Please contact us using the phone or email in the site footer or on store pages and include the page URL, a short description of the issue, and—if applicable—the assistive technology and browser you used. Where we can offer a reasonable alternative means of access to information or checkout under applicable law, we will work with you in good faith.
Formal complaints
If you believe we have not adequately responded to an accessibility concern, you may have the right to contact a local consumer protection agency or other competent authority in your jurisdiction. Nothing in this statement limits remedies available to you under law.
